Xuhua Zhan (Sylvia) is a renowned independent freelance curator, cultural project consultant, and lecturer based in London, with extensive experience in promoting Chinese arts and culture internationally. She is the founder and Artistic Director of China Culture Connect (UK) and the Chinese Visual Festival, which showcases Chinese indepen

Xuhua Zhan (Sylvia) is a renowned independent freelance curator, cultural project consultant, and lecturer based in London, with extensive experience in promoting Chinese arts and culture internationally. She is the founder and Artistic Director of China Culture Connect (UK) and the Chinese Visual Festival, which showcases Chinese independent cinema, documentaries, and visual arts to European audiences. Zhan also founded the Chinese Heritage Conference (2010-2013), a platform dedicated to the conservation and preservation of Chinese heritage, arts, and cultural objects.

Zhan’s curatorial career spans numerous international projects, including exhibitions such as the International Dunhuang Project at the British Library (2007), the CHINDEU project for the European Commission (2009-2010), and the Creative Cities Collection art exhibition for the 2012 London Olympics. She has also curated prominent exhibitions like "East to West" (2013), "Nanjing Culture Week in London" (2016), and "Pulse of Pearl River Delta" (2016), as well as retrospectives of renowned Chinese artists such as Cao Fei at the British Film Institute (BFI) and the Chinese Visual Festival.

Her curatorial work extends to showcasing Chinese filmmakers such as Jia Zhangke, Zhou Hao, and Pema Tseden, as well as artists like Zhang Peili. She has contributed articles to art and culture journals, including LEAP, The Art Newspaper China, and ArtZip.

Wm. Miller III is a fourth generation Houstonian from the historic third ward area. He graduated from his grandfathers Alma Mater, Jack Yates Senior High School and attended Boggs Academy and is a life member of International Thespian Society. Mr. Miller served three years in the United States Army with the 82nd Airborne Division “All Ame

Wm. Miller III is a fourth generation Houstonian from the historic third ward area. He graduated from his grandfathers Alma Mater, Jack Yates Senior High School and attended Boggs Academy and is a life member of International Thespian Society. Mr. Miller served three years in the United States Army with the 82nd Airborne Division “All American” based at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. After leaving the military Mr. Miller was a dealer in American history antiquities pertaining to Black Americans. He sold and located shackles, slave sales certificates and slave documents from the 1800's. A move from Atlanta back to Houston saw Mr. Miller working for 3rd largest Art brokerage firm The Canal Group LTD, specializing in Black American Masters of art. Mr. Miller was a past member of  International Fine Art Appraisers and was the gallery curator.

He attended TSU and Texas Tech seeking a degree in Business Administration. He also has a certificate from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Fashion and Luxury Co. Management, Milan, Italy (2015). William Miller is the creator, executive producer, and director of Chinese International News (CIN) which produces "Yang Yan Yang Yu: It's Your Voice”, which bridged the gap between the Chinese and American Communities by delivering news, in both Chinese and English, on various events occurring in Houston, the US, and China. He employed a diverse staff of unparalleled ethical standards for broadcast journalism.
